SBCRI is very careful to maintain the confidentiality of our clients' proprietary information and testing. SBCRI's doors are locked at all times. Qualtim staff must get clearance from Qualtim's President, Vice President or Director of R&D and Industry Projects before entering or taking any visitors into the SBCRI testing facility.

Testing Capabilities

Single component testing:

• Adhesive, nail, screw, staple, hanger and related fastener performance
• Joist, rafter, truss, header, beam, wall and related structural member performance
• As separate, distinct, independent members or individually loaded yet within the overall structural system to accurately replicate real world performance

Total System testing:

• Fastener performance in the connection system
• Structural member performance when all the connections and load distribution elements are attached
• Diaphragm performance
• Flow of loads through the system

Easily apply lateral, gravity and uplift loads

• Individually or simultaneously
• Monotonic or cyclic
